Job summary

WYN2000 Transport & Container Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination of customer requirements across Logistics and Warehouse operations. You will serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring jobs are coordinated and completed from order receipt to billing.

You will provide timely updates, maintain records, and resolve issues to ensure smooth service delivery while collaborating with Traffic Controllers, drivers

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehousing or 3PL ops is preferred.
• Working knowledge of import/export docs, Portnet and warehouse ops is an advantage.
• Experience using WMS and logistics/job management systems, and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer job requests and provide practical solutions based on operations.
• Act as a key contact for customers, vendors, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Provide updates on shipment, transport and warehouse activities.
• Maintain records of instructions, changes, updates and agreements.
• Follow up on delays or service issues and escalate when required.
• Prepare operational reports and data as required.
