Job summary

SG United Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support the Project Manager by coordinating with clients, preparing documentation, scheduling site staff, and maintaining orderly filing to ensure smooth project operations.

The role involves liaising with internal teams and external parties, producing notices and progress updates, and assisting with daily administrative tasks on construction sites. Willingness to relocate to site as required is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Building Construction industry, preferably with HDB projects.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and relocate as required.
• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints related to the project to maintain positive stakeholder relations
• Liaise between internal teams and external parties to address project issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare circulars, letters, notices, and progress updates to keep all parties informed
• Coordinate with clients, residents, government bodies, and other relevant parties as directed to facilitate project progress
• Attend meetings or dialogue sessions to represent the project team and communicate updates or concerns
• Report and obtain Management approval for any proposed action plans related to project matters to ensure compliance
• Coordinate and prepare site staff schedules, timecards, leave applications, and training courses to support workforce management
• Ensure proper filing and organization of all project documents to maintain accurate records
• Provide general administrative support to the project team to assist in daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs
