Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to manage manpower and daily operations at assigned locations in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating staff reporting, shift deployment, transportation, and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The candidate should have a Diploma in engineering or equivalent, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong skills in coordination, communication and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or GCE A-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
• Railway, construction, logistics or site-operations experience preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manpower and operational activities at assigned work locations.
• Manage staff reporting, shift deployment and transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with the client, contractors and site stakeholders.
• Conduct attendance, discipline, uniform and PPE checks.
• Communicate operational notices, instructions and safety information.
• Coordinate site access, materials, equipment and logistical requirements.
• Monitor operational and safety compliance.
• Support incident reporting and corrective-action follow-up.
• Prepare manpower updates, site records and weekly reports.
• Conduct site inspections outside normal working hours when required.
