Job summary

FT GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Management Associate to support day-to-day operations and ensure compliance across client sites in Singapore. The role offers hands-on exposure to operations management, coordination, and policy enforcement.

You will work with site teams, service providers, and vendors to maintain safe, orderly sites, run audits, monitor inventory, and identify improvements to drive efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and open to deployment across different locations or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at assigned locations.
• Uphold and enforce company policies, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for on-site personnel, clients, and service providers.
• Conduct routine operational checks, including hygiene, safety, and inventory monitoring where applicable.
• Perform periodic audits (e.g. cash handling, documentation, or operational compliance).
• Assist in coordination of service workflows, including order handling or operational processes where required.
• Maintain overall standards of site presentation, cleanliness, and staff professionalism.
• Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for operational support.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
