Job summary

SUN CITY WORKFORCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations supervisor to model, motivate, and communicate the site mission and core values to staff.

The role involves organizing compliance documentation, forecasting manpower, guiding cleaning tasks to SOPs, and conducting effective on-the-job training for new staff. Responsibilities include handling client feedback, arranging supplies, and maintaining safety and meeting records.

Qualifications

• 1) Core responsibilities include modeling, motivating and communicating the site's mission, vision and core values to staff.
• 2) Submit operational and HR documentation to meet compliance guidelines and deadlines.
• 3) Forecast, plan, recruit and deploy manpower to meet site contractual requirements.
• 4) Guide, coach and inspect cleaning tasks to meet client expectations and SOPs.
• 5) Conduct OJT training for new operations staff according to blueprint standards.
• 6) Address client feedback/complaints and implement preventive measures.
• 7) Place, replenish, monitor and track cleaning materials to minimize waste.
• 8) Maintain records of client meetings, toolbox talks, staff safety inductions and WHS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate vision to site staff.
• Ensure compliance through documentation and deadlines.
• Plan and deploy manpower to fulfill contractual needs.
• Supervise cleaning tasks per SOPs and client expectations.
• Deliver on-the-job training per training blueprint.
• Resolve client feedback and prevent recurrence.
• Manage stock of materials and equipment, minimize waste.
• Record safety meetings and inductions with proper documentation.
