Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Ground Operations Supervisor to oversee site operations, manpower deployment, and inquiries handling across assigned sites.

You will ensure adherence to safety and site guidelines, manage daily cash operations, verify reports, conduct audits, and perform ad-hoc duties. Min Diploma with at least 5 years of supervisory experience required; strong team spirit and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams across shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ground operations at assigned sites, including staff deployment and handling inquiries.
• Manages operational matters to minimise disruptions while ensuring safety and site guidelines are followed.
• Verifies reports and documents, including refund applications, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensures adherence to operational and financial SOPs; conducts audits and updates as required.
• Manages daily cash operations, performs cash reconciliation, and ensures correct totals.
• Fulfils any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
