Job summary

CSP Maintenance Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations/Coordination professional to ensure smooth site operations, prepare periodic schedules, and coordinate daily client site visits.

The role requires 2+ years in operations/co-ordination, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and be a proactive team player. Driving license and cleaning service experience are advantageous. You will handle client inquiries and provide updates to the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Operations/Project Co-ordination.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of sites’ operation as assigned
• Prepare periodic schedules for sites as assigned
• Scheduling of daily site visits to respective clients’ premises
• Handle enquiries and feedback from clients
• Provide regular updates of clients’ feedback and requirements to Operations Director
• Conduct ad hoc checks on sites to ensure cleaning team comply to SOP and safety requirements
