ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations coordinator/executive to manage daily shipping and logistics tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

You will liaise with customers, freight forwarders and suppliers to maintain smooth import/export activities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in shipping/logistics, a solid grasp of shipping docs, and strong communication.

Competenze

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on shipping documentation or logistics coordination experience is a plus.
• Understanding of import/export customs procedures and shipping docs preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Prepare and process shipping documentation (Import/Export, LC, BL, FTA).
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines for on-time delivery.
• Provide responsive customer support on shipment enquiries and options.
• Arrange freight bookings and manage shipment scheduling.

Position : Operations coordinator/executive

Vacancy: 1

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : SGD $ 2,000 - SGD 3,200

Eligibility : Open to Locals and PR.

Job Purpose:

To coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations, ensuring smooth import and export activities, accurate documentation, timely deliveries and effective communication with customers, freight forwarders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Import/Export, Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading (BL), and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documents.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
• Provide responsive customer support regarding shipment enquiries, shipping options, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
• Arrange freight bookings and manage shipment scheduling aligned with company requirements.
• Address and resolve customer enquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Dispatch shipping documents to clients, overseas agents, and logistics partners accurately and within designated timelines.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agents, shipping lines, and logistics vendors.
• Monitor prevailing freight and shipping rates and conduct basic operational cost analysis.
• Support coordination with overseas agents and assist in developing and onboarding new accounts.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of import/export customs procedures and shipping documentation preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
