ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage sales documentation, coordinate service and maintenance scheduling, and respond to customer inquiries across online platforms.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Sales Admin/Service Coordinator experience, familiarity with shipping/export documents, and fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

Competenze

• 1 year minimum experience in Sales Admin/Service Coordinator role.
• Experience in shipping/export documentation is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Process and manage sales documentation (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices).
• Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries across online and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests.
• Handle export and import documentation, ensuring paperwork meets freight/delivery requirements.
• Manage internal/external correspondence (emails, letters, enquiries).
• Perform general administrative duties and assist management as needed.

WE'RE HIRING: SERVICE COORDINATOR

Position : Service coordinator

Vacancy : 1

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : SGD $2800 - $3300

Eligibility : Open to Locals and PR.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
• Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including online and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests.
• Handle export and import documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets freight and delivery requirements.
• Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and other enquiries.
• Perform general administrative duties and assist with tasks assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin / Service Coordinator role.
• Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation will be an added advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
• A team player with strong communication skills, able to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Immediate availability will be preferred.
