Job summary

Evonik is seeking a proactive professional in Singapore to provide ESH compliance support across licensing, permitting, and waste management. You will assist with data collection from production reports and help maintain safety readiness, asset protection, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O level with 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Technology will be added advantage.
• Possess good organizational skills and be computer literate in MS Office.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• ESH related support in Compliance management activities including licensing and permitting with Government agencies.
• Manage data from daily Production Batch Report and compile related information.
• Active participation in Safety at Evonik activities and regulatory audits.
• Provide support in maintenance related to work orders and warehousing documentation.
• Support Plant Purchase Requisite and related activities; assist during audits and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• ESH related support in Compliance management associated activities inclusive of dealing with Government agency on licensing and permitting issue. Managing in Mask Fit Test exercise. Managing and track plant waste Disposal Compile data related Utilities consumption Managing First Aid, In-Place Protection and pandemic preparedness supplies Managing Personnel Protection Equipment inventory Managing Walkie-Talkie Inventory & regulatory requirement
• Provide support in compiling data from daily Production Batch Report
• Active participation Safety at Evonik activities
• Provide support in maintenance related to work order activity.
• Provide support in warehousing related documentation work.
• Support Plant Purchase Requisite & related activities.
• Support Plant Management team in the relevant capacity during various audits such as regulatory audits, Integrated Management System Audits, or corporate requirement audits.
• Report related support Compile information from all operation/fulfilment and distribute the related weekly report to all relevant stakeholders Prepare other reports on Monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support plant training related activities by Working closely with respective HODs so that associated processes (training plan, enrolment, payment) are follow-up diligently. Maintain training records in files and in shared folder
• Perform other functions as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess good organizational skills and be computer literate in MS Office.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum GCE O level with 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Technology will be added advantage.
