Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking a proactive recruiter/coordinator to draft and post job ads, engage candidates and clients, and guide new members through registration and onboarding. You will learn client manpower needs and match candidates to openings using our automated system.

The role involves interviewing candidates, evaluating fit, and nurturing strong client relationships while aiming to meet team targets in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Draft and post job ads on social media and other recruitment platforms
• Find and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels
• Walk new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
• Learn clients' manpower needs, work schedules and requirements
• Pair candidates with suitable openings using our automated matching system
• Interview and evaluate candidates on job duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit
• Nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients
• Keep in touch with candidates and clients so the hiring and placement process runs smoothly
• Strive to meet individual and team targets
