Job summary

You will engage candidates and clients, manage placement processes, guide new members through onboarding, and build strong professional relationships. You will publish job postings, source candidates, assess responsibilities and expectations, and work onsite with clients. The role offers structured training, performance incentives, and opportunities to develop skills in client management

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings on social media and other channels to attract candidates
• Source and engage candidates, members, and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other channels
• Guide new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits, and onboarding processes
• Understand clients' staffing needs, work schedules, and specific requirements to match suitable candidates
• Interview and assess candidates on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits, and overall suitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support ongoing staffing needs
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth placement process and resolve any issues
• Work collaboratively to meet individual and team recruitment targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented attitude
• Show willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit motivation to achieve target-oriented results
• Be comfortable working onsite and travelling to clients' offices as required
• Maintain availability by phone outside regular working hours when needed
• Willingness to work on weekends when scheduled, with two rest days arranged weekly
