Job summary

YYCircle (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to drive outreach, post jobs, identify candidates and clients, and guide onboarding processes. You will coordinate across sales channels, attend job fairs, and craft compelling postings to attract talent.

You will evaluate applicants against client needs, build lasting relationships, hit targets, and thrive in a fast-paced outsourcing environment, leveraging our platform to match candidates with suitable roles.

Responsibilities

• Create job postings across various social media platforms.
• Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and job fairs.
• Guide new members through the platform registration process, job requirements based on client requests, payment, and benefits.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on clients' staffing needs and work schedules using our automated system.
• Interview and assess prospective applicants on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
