Job summary

FUKU AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic recruitment-focused team member who will draft and post job ads, actively engage candidates and clients, and guide new members through onboarding and payments.

The role involves onsite visits to client offices as needed and requires staying connected after hours to support busy rosters. You will pair candidates with openings using an automated system, interview candidates, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure smooth hiring and

• Find and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels.
• Walk new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding.
• Learn clients' manpower needs, work schedules and requirements.
• Pair candidates with suitable openings using our automated matching system.
• Interview and evaluate candidates on job duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit.
• Nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Keep in touch with candidates and clients so the hiring and placement process runs smoothly.
• Strive to meet individual and team targets.
