Responsibilities

• Visit Fresh Aura vending machine locations across Singapore per schedule.

• Perform basic troubleshooting on-site and coordinate with technicians for major issues.
• Track stock levels, usage and wastage; report daily operations.
• Support site evaluation for new machine placements and partnerships.

Job Summary

Support daily operations and business growth of Fresh Aura vending machines by managing logistics, customer relations, sales, and basic equipment troubleshooting in a hands‑on field role.

Responsibilities

Operations & Vending Machine Management

• Visit Fresh Aura vending machine locations across Singapore according to schedule to ensure smooth operations
• Replenish fresh fruits, cups, lids, toppings, and other consumables at vending machines
• Clean and sanitise vending machines regularly to maintain hygiene standards
• Monitor machine cleanliness, refrigeration temperature, and overall operating condition
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve simple operational issues on‑site
• Identify machine faults and coordinate with technical teams or suppliers for major repairs
• Track stock levels, product usage, and wastage to optimise inventory management
• Maintain accurate daily operational records and submit timely reports
• Capture photographs and provide updates on machine conditions and stock status
• Ensure vending machines and surrounding areas remain clean and presentable

Fruit & Supply Logistics

• Collect fruits and supplies from approved suppliers and wholesale markets
• Transport fruits, consumables, and equipment to vending machine locations after cleaning
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing stock to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain appropriate stock levels to support daily operations without shortages
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of supplies

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and assess potential new locations for Fresh Aura vending machines based on customer traffic and accessibility
• Conduct site visits and evaluate suitability of locations such as offices, schools, gyms, hospitals, and malls
• Initiate contact and communicate with potential location partners to explore placement opportunities
• Follow up with potential partners and maintain a pipeline of location leads
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective partners
• Support negotiations and coordination for new machine placements
• Monitor sales performance at existing locations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather customer feedback and suggest new products, promotions, or operational enhancements
• Support Fresh Aura promotional activities and partnership initiatives

General

• Assist in developing and improving Fresh Aura’s operating procedures for efficiency and quality
• Manage daily routes and priorities independently to meet operational goals
• Perform other operational and business development tasks as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Class 3 or 3A driving licence is strongly preferred to facilitate travel across Singapore
• Experience in sales, business development, logistics, operations, retail, F&B, or field service is advantageous
• Technical, mechanical, or equipment-handling experience is encouraged
• Comfortable handling and transporting fruit boxes and supplies
• Proficient in using WhatsApp, smartphone apps, and basic digital tools for reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage suppliers, customers, and partners
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently with a practical, hands‑on approach

Other Information

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Base Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,200 per month, depending on experience and suitability
• Variable Commission/Incentive: Up to S$1,000 per month
• CPF contributions and statutory benefits as per Singapore regulations
• Work Location: Singapore / Islandwide
• Work Timing: Monday to Saturday with Flexible timing.
