Job summary

LINKTRIX CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore and the wider region.

You will identify new opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and secure sales of vending solutions and related equipment in commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and institutional sectors. You will build relationships with corporate clients and distributors, manage the full sales cycle, and conduct product demonstrations to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in equipment sales, vending machine sales, B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling commercial, industrial, automated, electrical, mechanical, or related equipment will be advantageous.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients, retailers, hospitality groups, property operators, distributors, or other business customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to develop new accounts and close deals.
• Good understanding of the B2B sales process and customer acquisition cycle.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities for vending machines, commercial equipment, automated solutions, and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, retailers, property owners, hospitality groups, facility operators, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify potential customers and new market segments through market research, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Work closely with internal technical, operations, and service teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities, sales performance, and market intelligence.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and account growth.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.

• Experience handling both new business development and existing key accounts.
• Experience managing solution-based or consultative sales involving product demonstrations, quotations, installation, and after-sales service.
• Regional sales or business development experience will be an advantage.
