Job summary

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Operations Executive to support daily retail operations and the dessert business.

The role involves handling inventory, logistics, events and manpower coordination. Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, F&B, Business, Retail Operations, Logistics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, events or operations.
• Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to multitask and coordinate different operational requirements.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, POS systems and basic digital tools.
• Able to work selected weekends and Public Holidays when required for events or operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail and customer-facing operations
• Ensure good customer service, product presentation and outlet cleanliness
• Coordinate staff deployment and daily operational requirements
• Support front-of-house operations during busy periods
• Coordinate stock requirements with the production team
• Monitor inventory, packaging materials and operational supplies
• Conduct stock counts and manage FIFO/FEFO and expiry control
• Coordinate deliveries, stock transfers and order fulfilment
• Liaise with suppliers, delivery partners and internal teams
• Support events, pop-ups and roadshows when required
• Coordinate event setup, teardown, stock and manpower requirements
• Manage full-time, part-time and temporary/event staff
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality
• Ensure operational SOPs, food hygiene and safety standards are followed
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and support improvements

FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE | FULL-TIME

Location: Singapore
Salary: $2,800/month
Work Week: 6 days
Off Day: Fixed Monday
Working Hours: Approx. 8–9 hours/day
Typical Hours: Around 9:00/10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Annual Leave: 7 days

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Food & Beverage Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a growing F&B and dessert business.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys being on the ground and is comfortable handling a mix of retail operations, inventory, logistics, events and manpower coordination.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, Business, Retail Operations, Logistics or related fields
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, events or operations
• Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Hygiene Certificate required
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Able to multitask and coordinate different operational requirements
• Comfortable with both customer-facing and back‑end operations
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, POS systems and basic digital tools
• Able to work independently and communicate well with the team
• Experience in café, pastry, bakery, retail or event operations is an advantage
• Able to work selected weekends and Public Holidays when required for events or operational needs
