X FOOD TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Field Service Engineer to lead a team in maintaining and operating vending machines across Singapore. You will perform inspections, repairs, restocking, and troubleshooting while ensuring smooth performance and high service quality.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong technical and customer service skills, and willingness to work shifts, including potential midnight delivery duties. Immediate start is preferred for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1 year field service/technician experience
• Class 2 and Class 3 driving license required
• Willing to do relief shifts and midnight shifts when needed
• Available to start immediately or on short notice
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technicians and Operations for daily maintenance and operation
• Inspect, maintain and repair vending machines to resolve issues
• Check/restock and replenish vending machine supplies
• Troubleshoot technical problems promptly
• Record maintenance activities and machine performance
• Collaborate with the operations team to keep machines running efficiently in Singapore
• Suggest improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience

Job description

Pay: 2,500.00 (SGD) - 3,500 (SGD) per month

Job description:

We Looking for Field Service Engineer with project management skills, basic troubleshooting Skills, Training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of Technician & Operation to perform daily regular maintenance & operation
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance and repairs on vending machines to identify and resolve any issues
• Checking/Tracking Restock and replenish vending machine supplies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with vending machines promptly
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance
• Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure vending machines are operating efficiently across our Singapore network
• Recommend improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience

What we're looking for

• Must have Class 2 AND Class 3 driving license (Vehicle and Bike provided by company)
• Proven experience as a vending machine technician or in a similar maintenance role
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to liaise with business customers
• Hands‑on approach and willingness to perform physical work
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Must be willing to do relief shifts and take midnight shift as a delivery driver to restock vending machine when the need arises (not often)
• Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice
