Job summary

Capital C Corporation in Singapore is seeking an Operations Associate to support onboarding, customer inquiries, and everyday fintech operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to application support, service delivery, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The programme offers structured training, exposure to fintech and financial services operations, and opportunities for career progression into senior operations or team lead roles within a dynamic, young team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome (ITE, Poly Diploma, Private Diploma, Private Degree)
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, call centre or operations is a plus
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face, by phone and via messaging channels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Customer-oriented, responsible and eager to learn; hands-on in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented and able to follow processes; comfortable with hitting targets and service standards
• Basic computer literacy is expected

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding, enquiries and application-related matters
• Support customer journey and day-to-day operational workflows
• Follow up with customers via phone, WhatsApp or other channels
• Assist with application processing and document checks
• Update internal systems accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Support appointment, service and branch operations
• Handle ad-hoc operational duties as required
• Take on additional responsibilities as you progress

About the Role

Want to build a career in fintech but not sure where to start?Join our Operations Associate Track, a ground-up career pathway designed for individuals who want to learn how a financial technology business operates from the inside.This is not a routine admin role. You will gain real exposure to customer operations, application support, service delivery and daily business execution in a fast-moving fintech environment.You will learn how customers are onboarded, how applications are supported, how internal teams coordinate, and how day-to-day business operations are carried out.Over time, you will be developed based on your strengths and performance, with opportunities to grow into senior operations, customer success, business operations, loan operations, branch operations or team lead roles.

Working Hours

5-day work week. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.Work schedules will be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, depending on operational needs.
