Job summary

iFAST Corporation is seeking an Operations Executive in Singapore to support Ops Product & Corporate Action Services. The role involves setting up financial products, handling corporate actions, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to meet tight schedules.

You will participate in UAT, provide general admin support, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Manager. A degree with 1–2 years in financial services is preferred, with strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up financial products (unit trusts, bonds, ETFs, stocks) and liaise with internal/external parties for maintenance.
• Handle corporate action events and draft correspondences to end clients and business partners.
• Maintain daily price admin and ensure accurate data exchange with media publishers and partners.
• Answer backroom inquiries from internal stakeholders related to product setups.

Operations Executive (Ops Product & Corporate Action Services)

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Setting up of financial products, which include but are not limited to unit trusts, bonds, ETFs and stocks and liaise with internal and external parties for the ongoing maintenance of financial products being distributed by the Firm.
• Handling and processing of corporate action events which include drafting of correspondences to our end clients & business partners for Unit Trusts.
• Maintaining daily price admin and ensuring accuracy on data exchange with media publisher and business partners
• Handling backroom enquiries from all internal stakeholders related to product setups
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects/applications in the team
• Provide general administration and support to operations department
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Manager

Requirements:

• Degree with 1-2 years experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must
• Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule
• Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Must be willing to work on rotating shifts and on Singapore Public Holidays
