Job summary

VIHARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. seeks an organized Inventory & Operations professional to oversee SKU management, cycle counts, and stock control for both offline and online channels.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, resolve discrepancies with suppliers and customers, and maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and receipts in a dynamic Singapore-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SKU master list and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and monitor stock accuracy.
• Manage reorder points, safety stock, and lead times.
• Arrange warehouse space for new arrivals and seasonal shifts.
• Oversee inbound receiving and outbound shipping coordination.
• Resolve order issues with suppliers and customers.
• Entry of POs, invoices, and shipment receipts; reconcile docs.
• Issue and reconcile credit notes; manage returns processing.
• Procure stationery and other operational supplies.
• Oversee online platform inventory, restock and forecast.
• Respond to online customer inquiries and handle returns.

Inventory & Operation Management

• Maintain SKU master list
• Conduct cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor reorder points, safety stock, lead times.
• Arrange warehouse space for new arrivals and seasonal shifts (racking, palletization).
• Oversee inbound receiving & outbound shipping coordination
• Resolve order issues (missing SKUs, wrong quantities) with suppliers and customers.
• Accurate data entry of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment receipts.
• Issue and reconcile credit notes; manage returns processing.
• Order stationery, office supplies, and other operational materials.

E‑Commerce Operations

• Oversee online platform inventory (restock, stock count, stock forecasting)
• Repley to online customers' enquiries.
• Sort out online returns.

Required Skills & Competencies
