• Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers and vendors, ensuring items are delivered/assembled as required
• Schedule outbound deliveries and assemblies and coordinate time slots with customers

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving to keep processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the warehouse is maintained by the warehousing team and stepping in when necessary.
• Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries, ensuring that all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
• Scheduling deliveries and assemblies for outbound
• Coordinating time slots with customers
