Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Workshop Executive/Coordinator to manage workshop tools, procurement, and diagnostic equipment. You will oversee staff access to management systems and coordinate technician training, ensuring timely progress and quality checks across projects.

The role offers career progression toward Workshop Manager level with a performance bonus and 14 days annual leave, plus comprehensive medical and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop operations and automotive tools.
• Familiar with diagnostic equipment and maintenance processes.
• Experience as Workshop Executive or Coordinator is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage workshop tools and equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and new purchases.
• Handle procurement of workshop consumables and maintain inventory records.
• Support and maintain workshop diagnostic equipment.
• Administer staff access and user accounts for workshop management systems.
• Coordinate technical training arrangements for technicians, including nominations and qualification tracking.
• Monitor workshop job progress and perform quality checks to ensure service standards are met.
• Support workshop projects, safety initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate workshop facility upkeep, including workbenches, lighting, ventilation, and general workshop conditions.
