As an Operations Assistant (Automotive) at Oohray Group Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our automotive services business. • Assisting the operations team in the execution of various automotive-related tasks

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
• Perform all other ad-hoc operations duties as assigned by the manager

What we're looking for

• Someone who possess Class 3 / 3A / 3C driving license (Company vehicle provided)
• Relevant experience, preferably in an operations or customer service role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
