Job summary

Montreux Patisserie Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Compliance & Specifications Coordinator to support daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage product specifications. You will maintain records, assist with internal audits, liaise with chefs and production, and coordinate lab tests and training.

A minimum of 1 year in the food industry, knowledge of FSSC 22000, SFA regulations, and Halal is preferred; NITEC certificate or Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and SFA regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Halal certification will be an added advantage.
• Min. NITEC cert/Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational records, SOPs, training logs, and certification documents (FSSC, Halal, SFA, ISO).
• Support compliance and food safety through internal audits, corrective action reports, and traceability checks (labels, batch coding, FIFO, allergen charts).
• Prepare and manage Product Specifications (PS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with FSSC 22000, Halal, and SFA requirements
• Liaise with chefs, production, and purchasing teams to verify product and ingredient details
• Coordinate lab tests, calibration, pest-control records, and staff food safety training
• Handle customer correspondence, reports, and product-related documentation
• Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management

About the role

This role supports the Operations team by ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and accurate product specification management. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, conducting internal audits, and liaising with stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
