Job summary

FOUR LEAVES PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC professional to conduct daily hygiene inspections and perform supplier and product quality checks in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will monitor sanitation programs and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting internal audits and process improvements. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in QA/QC within food manufacturing or central kitchen environments, with knowledge of SFA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation and pest control records.
• Ensure microbiological testing and lab analyses comply with requirements.
• Assist in handling customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinate corrective actions.
• Support preparation for SFA inspections and audits.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to promote quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Working Hours & Salary

• Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm
• Sat: 8am-12pm (Required to work on every Sat during probation & alternate Sat after confirmation)
• Up to $2,600/month

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.
• Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in handling customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Support preparation for SFA inspections, internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in QA/QC in food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen environment.
• Knowledgeable of SFA regulations and required documentation.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
