Job summary

Montreux Patisserie Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a role to support the Operations team with daily compliance, documentation management, and product specification oversight.

You will maintain records, assist with internal audits, and liaise with chefs and production to verify product details. The candidate will manage PS documents, ensure adherence to FSSC 22000, Halal, and SFA requirements, and support lab tests and staff food safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (FSSC 22000, SFA regulations).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Halal certification will be an added advantage.
• Min. NITEC cert/Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational records, SOPs, training logs, and certification documents (FSSC, Halal, SFA, ISO).
• Support compliance and food safety through internal audits, corrective action reports, and traceability checks (labels, batch coding, FIFO, allergen charts).
• Prepare and manage Product Specifications (PS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with FSSC 22000, Halal, and SFA requirements.
• Liaise with chefs, production, and purchasing teams to verify product and ingredient details.
• Coordinate lab tests, calibration, pest‑control records, and staff food safety training.
• Handle customer correspondence, reports, and product‑related documentation.
• Any other job‑related ad‑hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management.
