Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is seeking an Air Freight Key Account Support Executive to handle end-to-end air freight import and export shipments for key customers from our Changi location.

You will coordinate the entire shipment process, plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift, and provide timely updates on delays while liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Level or Diploma is required.
• 1 year of air freight operations experience minimum.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
• Experience handling operations and billing functions.
• Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CW1 and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end air freight import and export shipments for key customers.
• Coordinate the entire shipment process and ensure operations comply with customer SOPs.
• Plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift and provide early updates on potential delays.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and implement recovery actions to prevent service failures.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and KPI reports for customers.
• Ensure high service standards and smooth coordination between Customer Service and Operations teams.
