Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage Delivery Orders and sales reporting, while coordinating with customers and transporters on schedules. The role includes assisting with operational matters and occasional site visits at shipyards, and preparing health, safety and risk information for work practices.

• Minimum education level of primary or equivalent; basic literacy and numeracy required.
• Ability to coordinate deliveries and prepare basic reports.
• Good communication with customers and transporters.
• Awareness of health, safety and risk practices relevant to shipyard work.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary Education or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level
• Interest in Shipyard/ Marine/ Oil & Gas industry
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence
• Able to work overtime on weekend/Public Holiday when required
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Able to motivate in a challenging work environment
• Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
