Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage Delivery Orders and sales reporting, while coordinating with customers and transporters on schedules. The role includes assisting with operational matters and occasional site visits at shipyards, and preparing health, safety and risk information for work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level of primary or equivalent; basic literacy and numeracy required.
• Ability to coordinate deliveries and prepare basic reports.
• Good communication with customers and transporters.
• Awareness of health, safety and risk practices relevant to shipyard work.

Responsibilities

• Generate Delivery Orders & Sales Report.
• Liaises/Communicates with Customers/transporter on Delivery Requirement/Schedule
• Assists in Handling Operational Matters & Ad-hoc Visit to Sites at Shipyard
• Prepares health, safety and risk information where applicable to work practices and toolbox
• Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager
