• Diploma or equivalent qualification; candidates with Operations Centre/Command Centre experience may be considered.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
• Position operates on a 5.5-day work week.

• Plan and coordinate daily driver deployment for routine and ad hoc jobs
• Monitor work orders and follow up on any unfulfilled or delayed jobs
• Update Navision with relevant operational, driver, vehicle and customer information
• Attend to customer enquiries, orders and service issues
• Coordinate ground operations and manpower deployment to ensure smooth daily operations
• To resolve operational issues promptly

About the role

This role involves managing operational systems, coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders, and handling customer enquiries and service issues to ensure service delivery meets customer service level agreements.
