Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive Assistant Operations Executive to support daily store operations and asset management in a fast-paced civil construction environment. The role involves coordinating activities, monitoring equipment inventory, and assisting project sites with logistics.

You will work closely with project teams and suppliers, maintain accurate records, and travel to project sites at least weekly. A Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in operations/equipment management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or asset management.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and be comfortable driving a company lorry.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations with the store team.
• Oversee store housekeeping, equipment storage, issuance and return for proper control.
• Conduct monthly asset verification at stores and project sites with accurate records.
• Monitor equipment movement between stores and project sites; follow up on returns and discrepancies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing; ensure records are updated.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to meet needs.
• Drive company lorry to deliver/collect equipment from suppliers, stores and sites.
• Liaise with project teams and suppliers to coordinate equipment needs.
• Prepare equipment/inventory/maintenance reports and support other duties.
