Job summary

ELITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an autonomous Operations Coordinator to manage daily site operations across multiple locations in Singapore. You will liaise with clients to gather requirements and coordinate staff deployment to meet project needs.

Key duties include monthly rostering, attendance reporting, and timely submission of timesheets. The role requires a Class 3 driving licence and a proactive approach to resolving on-site issues and backlog with the site in charge.

Qualifications

• Independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative.
• Class 3 driving licence is required.
• Willing to respond to business or projects assignments at short notice.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and staff across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• Rostering of monthly schedules
• Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need
