Job summary

• Arrange daily staff deployments to sites to avoid liquidated damages.
• Roster monthly schedules.
• Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any.
• Rectify on-site issues with workers or clients on feedback.
• Report daily attendance to head office and ensure timesheets are in order.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for operations projects.
• Arrange coverage in case of staff absence and be hands-on when needed.
• Respond to business or project assignments promptly, regardless of time.
