Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled project Operations Assistant to support wealth investment securities and products projects, including mutual funds, equities and fixed income. You will help plan and migrate processes, coordinate tasks across teams, and ensure data readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on support for end-to-end migration activities, validations, and BAU activities with SMEs, plus updating manuals to reflect new procedures.

Qualifications

• Bank operations experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or related discipline.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of wealth investment securities (mutual funds, equities, fixed income) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist operational migration tasks including data remediation and contract repapering if needed.

Job description

Job Purpose:

The role will focus on supporting a Project related to Wealth Investment Securities and Products (Mutual Funds / Equities / Fixed Income Securities).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.

• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.

• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios

• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.

Requirements:

• Some experience of working in a Bank in Operations will be an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or any related discipline.

• Knowledge of MS tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint

• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products such as Mutual Funds/Equities/Fixed Income Securities and function and role of custodian will be an advantage.
