Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is supporting a major migration project across mutual funds, equities and fixed income. You will coordinate end-to-end migration plans, collaborate with operations, front office, risk and technology teams, and ensure data accuracy during repapering and remediation tasks.

The role includes conducting rigorous migration checks, updating manuals, and assisting business SMEs with BAU activities to maintain smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project plans and migration activities
• Carry out operational migration tasks: contract repapering, system checks, client and account data remediation
• Run pre- and post-migration checks, including position holdings, reconciliations and system sanity checks
• Assist SMEs on BAU activities so they can focus on reviewing complex scenarios
• Update process manuals to reflect procedural changes from the migration
