Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to support Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation within Corporate & Institutional Banking. Hybrid work arrangements with a 6-month duration at Changi Business Park, East.

The role focuses on regulatory analysis, data governance, and stakeholder engagement, to deliver compliant, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field).
• At least 5 years of experience in CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking).
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Regulatory analysis experience; bonus data privacy background/domain.
• Understanding of CIB products (FX, Trade, Lending, etc.).
• Experience with end-to-end project and change management from scoping to implementation.
• Stakeholder management with compliance, business, technology, ops teams.
• Strong data governance and regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and complex data environments.

Responsibilities

• Review Local Addenda / Country Addenda; identify incremental requirements beyond GPS.
• Engage stakeholders (e.g., country CFCR) for clarification and traceability.
• Create consolidated, de-duplicated list of incremental requirements across markets.
• Develop a playbook to implement requirements for Group & Country.
• Perform impact assessment on resources, costs, and funding for tech and non-tech changes.
• Develop and execute the implementation plan.

Working hours: 09.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

About the role

In this role, we require a Business Analyst to support Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation, enabling the business to become data-driven, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with enterprise data standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review each of the Local Addenda / Country Addenda and determine what are the incremental requirements that need to be complied with in addition to what is already factored for under GPS
• Engage relevant stakeholders e.g. country CFCR to obtain clarification if the requirements are unclear and/or when there is a lack of traceability to specific underlying regulation
• Generate a consolidated de-duplicated list of incremental requirements across the markets that need to be implemented/fulfilled
• Develop a playbook that helps the business (Grp & Country) implement the requirements
• Perform impact assessment between current state against the incremental requirements and estimate what it means to implement them from a resourcing, costing, funding perspective covering both tech & non tech changes
• Develop and execute the implementation plan

About you

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field)
• At least 5 years of experience in CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking)
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Regulatory analysis experience / skillset, bonus if have Data Privacy background/domain expertise/exposure
• Understanding of CIB business preferably across products e.g. FX, Trade, Coverage, Lending, Commodities, Futures, SS etc.
• Supported End to end project and change management from scoping to performing gap analysis / requirements gathering to solution design to impact assessment to implementation
• Stakeholder management - comfortable working with compliance, business, technology, operations teams including senior ones
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work across global stakeholders and manage complex data environments
