SSW Healthcare is seeking an Operations Pharmacist who will blend pharmacy expertise with data, automation and process improvement to redesign workflows and enhance service outcomes. You will lead daily operations, build analytics capabilities, and partner with IT and vendors on system improvements.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to digital transformation, AI initiatives, and cross-functional projects across the organisation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily pharmacy operations with focus on safety, accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with IT and vendors to enhance pharmacy systems and workflows.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Pharmacy and the organisation.
• Redesign workflows, SOPs and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Oversee inventory, service levels, and patient experience.
• Provide ad hoc support and cross-functional collaboration as needed.
