Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our growing team in Singapore. You will create postings, source candidates, and guide new members through onboarding. This role emphasizes relationship-building with clients and candidates and you will travel to client offices as needed.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish job postings on social media and other recruitment channels
• Source and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels
• Guide new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
• Understand clients' staffing needs, work schedules and requirements
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities using our automated matching system
• Interview and assess candidates on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and suitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and placement process
• Work towards individual and team targets
