Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore seeks a hands-on Talent & Client Operations specialist to onboard members, understand job requirements, and coordinate placements. You will interview members, manage records, and connect them with openings using an automated matching system.

You will engage with clients, learn staffing needs, and serve as the main contact for requests and daily issues while supporting service standards across sites.

What You Will Do

Talent Operations

• Help new members register and understand job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding.
• Interview members to understand their experience, availability, salary expectations and suitability for different roles.
• Keep member records accurate and stay in touch so members feel supported and ready for opportunities.
• Find new members through social media, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs.
• Use our automated matching system to connect members with suitable openings.
• Coordinate shift schedules, confirmations and replacements to keep placements covered.
• Monitor attendance and respond quickly when plans change or issues arise.

Client Services

• Learn what each client needs, from staffing levels and schedules to role requirements.
• Be their main point of contact for requests, feedback and day-to-day issues.
• Visit client sites and offices to understand their operations and maintain service standards.
• Help source new clients through outreach, referrals and networking.

You’ll work with the team towards clear goals, including shift fill rate, response time, and member and client satisfaction.

This is a hands‑on operations role. You may need to be reachable by phone after hours when required and work rostered weekends. You will have two rest days each week, scheduled around operational needs.
