Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Store Keeper to oversee warehouse operations in Singapore. The role requires managing receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.

• Organize items in designated locations by type and usage frequency.
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent delays.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Ensure safety compliance for hazardous or sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and QC teams.
• Assist with disposal or return of defective or obsolete items.

About the role

As a Senior Store Keeper at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials
• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams
• Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items
