Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Store Keeper to ensure efficient operations at our logistics and distribution centre in Singapore.

The role is contract to perm and requires handling of materials, verification of documents, and maintaining orderly storage areas. You will monitor stock, perform cycle counts, and work with procurement, production and quality control to support timely production and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials
• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams
• Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items

As a Senior Store Keeper at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing
