Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of operations, supply chain, or logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Shopify knowledge is a plus.
• Interest or knowledge in coffee is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely shipment.
• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

Operations and Warehouse Fulfilment

Order Fulfilment: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.

Warehouse Handling: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

After-Sales Support: Handle after-sales inquiries and follow-ups on equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Inventory Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting periodic audits and ensuring accurate records.

Additional Tasks: Assist in process improvements, liaise with suppliers, and support other operational activities as needed.

Support the operations in general administration.

Requirements: (Full-time)

At least 1 year of operations, supply chain, logistic experience, preferably with FMCG products requiring food safety knowledge and demonstrate operation techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

You should love coffee! Coffee knowledge is a bonus, but not required.
