Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit an Operations Executive. Be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Work on site in Singapore with Monday to Friday schedules, 8.30am–6.30pm, and attractive allowances + incentives. You will oversee operations, staff deployment, audits and cash handling while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in any discipline with minimally 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be a good team player with cheerful and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in management of work.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, PH and night when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management and enquiries.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring safety, security and site guidelines.
• Verify reports, refund applications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to operational and financial SOPs.
• Manage cash collections, banking and reconciliation processes.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
