Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee ground operations at our site, coordinating staff deployment and handling enquiries. The role emphasizes safety compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient cash handling.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Diploma and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, with a meticulous, confidential, and team-focused mindset. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the ground operation at the respective site with respect to staff deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries.
• Manages operational matters by making timely decisions to minimise disruptions, while ensuring all staff adhere to safety, security, and site guidelines.
• Verifies all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Ensures adherence to operational and financial SOPs by staff, conducts audits to maintain compliance and implement updates as required.
• Manages daily cash operations by ensuring timely banking of collections and performing cash reconciliation.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Working Days: Mon - Fri
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm (Mon - Thurs) / 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Duties

• Oversees the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries
• Managed operational matters by making timely decisions to minimise disruptions, while ensuring all staff adhered to safety, security, and site guidelines
• Verifying all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, and ensure that all information shown on the reports or documents are accurate
• Ensured adherence to operational and financial SOPs by staff, while conducting audits to maintain compliance and implement updates as required
• Managed daily cash operations by ensuring timely banking of collections and performing cash reconciliation to verify accuracy against declared totals
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
