Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing partners with a leading transport statutory board in Singapore to recruit an Operations Supervisor. Be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, staff deployment, and enquiries, resolving issues promptly while ensuring safety, compliance and proper documentation. The role requires shift work, including weekends, PH and nights when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Good team player with cheerful and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in workload management.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends, PH and nights when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management and enquiries.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring safety, security and site guidelines.
• Verify reports, refund applications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to SOPs (operational and financial).
• Manage cash collections, banking and reconciliation processes.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
