We are seeking an experienced and highly organizedOperations Manager – Recruitment & Staffingto lead day-to-day operational activities while taking ownership of recruitment, workforce planning, staffing, and employee deployment across our clinics.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that Operations hasthe right people, in the right roles, at the right time and location. This position requires a strong combination of people leadership, recruitment expertise, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and practical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
- Lead recruitment activities, including workforce planning, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates in line with operational staffing requirements.
- Assess staffing requirements across clinics and proactively identify workforce gaps and recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain effective workforce plans to ensure appropriate staffing levels across all locations.
- Coordinate employee deployment, transfers, scheduling, and manpower allocation based on operational requirements.
- Work closely with clinic managers to understand staffing needs and address manpower challenges promptly.
- Monitor staffing levels, attendance, vacancies, turnover, and other workforce metrics to identify trends and operational risks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
- Ensure new employees are properly onboarded, deployed, and integrated into their assigned roles.
- Support employee performance, engagement, retention, and workforce-related initiatives.
- Establish and maintain clear operational processes, systems, and documentation to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Resolve staffing and operational issues effectively, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that improve workforce productivity, service quality, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 4 years of experiencein operations, recruitment, staffing or a related management role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, interviewing and employee management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing manpower requirements across multiple locations or sites, preferably within a clinic, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service environment
