Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced clinic operations professional to oversee daily operations, staff rosters, and service quality at our clinic. You will manage workflows, coordinate with doctors and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5+ years in healthcare operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Weekend work and public holidays are expected as part of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of clinic/healthcare operations experience, strong scheduling/operations and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations, workflow, and administrative activities.
• Staff Management: Supervise clinic staff, manage rosters/scheduling, staffing, training, and resource allocation.
• Patient Service: Maintain service quality and patient satisfaction; handle and resolve patient feedback/issues.
• Performance & Compliance: Monitor clinic KPIs, service standards, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Inventory & Systems: Manage inventory and clinic management/medical record systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with doctors, therapists, administrative staff, management, and external partners.
