Job summary

ASIA HEALTHCARE BD PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our Singapore medical clinic, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent patient service, and solid financial performance.

You will lead clinic staff, manage billing and reporting, maintain records in Plato/CMS, and drive process improvements and new clinic setups as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with MOH/HCSA regulations and clinic SOPs
• Monitor clinic cleanliness, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
• Supervise and schedule clinic assistants to ensure adequate manpower coverage
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
• Foster a positive and professional working environment
• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Manage billing processes, including private patients and TPA/insurance claims (e.g., Fullerton, Alliance, MHC, etc.)
• Perform daily closing, reconciliation, and reporting of clinic revenue
• Assist in cost control, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Maintain accurate records in clinic management systems (e.g., Plato / CMS systems)
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management review
• Support business initiatives, process improvements, and new clinic setups where required

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery
