The position involves reviewing SOPs for efficiency and safety, conducting preliminary investigations into complaints or incidents, and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Managing operations, ensuring optimal deployment and resources, while monitoring field activities and responding accordingly by adjusting deployment strategies.
• Review and optimise Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) to maximise efficiency and safety.
• Conduct preliminary investigation into public complaints, operational mishaps, or disciplinary infractions, and implement corrective actions.
• Input, update and maintain accurate records of field incidents, citations, daily logs, and enforcement metrics in the primary database.
• Regularly audit data entered by field officers to ensure compliances with legal standards, formatting rules, and organisational policies.
• Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and issuance of logistics to support the enforcement project.
• Liaise with external partners, including local law enforcement, government agencies and community groups to coordinate joint operations.
• Any assigned task by the client.
